POLICIES AND RETURNS
All sales are final. No refunds. We will exchange the size or style only if we are contacted within 10 days of the delivery date. All items must have the original tags attached and liners in place. Due to federal health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted and returned at the clients' expense. In order to exchange an item, you must call us within 10 days of delivery to be assigned a return authorization number (ra). This number must be clearly written on the front of the return package. Any item returned without a return authorization number will be refused. We must receive the return within 10 days of the time the authorization was issued or the ra will be voided. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client and will be charged to your credit card. Once we receive your return, we will determine that the item is in the same perfect condition in which it was sent to you. Any client doing excessive exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Caffe Swimwear.
Caffe Swimwear holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.
All defects or damages must be identified and issued a return authorization number within 10 days of delivery by the client.
Due to the differences in internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality.
All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability.
Caffe Swimwear is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client's responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges prior to purchase. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges or exceptions.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-orders will be charged at the time your order is placed. Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items. Pre-Order items are returnable for store credit only. If you cancel your order for any reason, we will happily offer you online store credit good for any item. No returns are accepted on pre-ordered items. Instead, store credit will be offered for any returned pre-order items. Pre-order items are excluded from discount codes and coupons. All the items in your order will ship at the same time. If you wish additional items sooner, please place a separate order for non pre-order items. Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase regardless of when it ships.
*The delivery date for each item is an estimated date given to Caffe Swimwear directly from the Postal Service. This date is not a guaranteed date, however we will try our best to uphold the date. It is possible that circumstances beyond our control may cause a change in the stated delivery date.
Care Instructions:
Caffe Swimwear is constructed of the finest imported fabrics, trim and custom hardware. Many of the suits are extremely delicate and are not intended for strenuous water activity, heavily chlorinated water or prolonged periods of sun exposure. Unless otherwise noted, all of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water. Always rinse your suit immediately in clean cold water after wearing it in salt water to avoid damage to hardware finishes. All swimwear should be cared for in the same manner as fine lingerie. Hand wash only in cold water using very mild soap, shampoo or specialty lingerie detergent. Do not use woolite, bleach, laundry detergent or any type of stain remover. Lie flat or hang to dry. Separate top and bottom so colors do not bleed. do not use a dryer or blow dryer as they may cause damage to the fabric, hardware and inner plastic components. Note: hot tubs and swimming pools will increase suit wear. Dark and bright colors will fade quicker and is not considered a manufacturers defect. Suntan lotions and oils may stain and can be harmful to the life span of your suit.

International:
Due to various customs, duties, and taxes all international orders must be submitted and processed as follows:
1. Please place your order via the website and be sure to include an email address and phone number for correspondence purposes.
2. Once your order is received we will calculate shipping fees (this will not include any customs or import duties) using the shipping address you provide. The shipping rate will be calculated and emailed to you for your approval. Please respond immediately to our email in order to ensure timely delivery.
3. Once we receive your email confirming the approved rate your order will be processed and shipped. Customs and Import Duties:
Your order may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. Caffe Swimwear does not collect import duties, fees or taxes for international orders and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. We are not responsible for any import duties, fees or taxes levied by your government. It is the sole responsibility of the international client to investigate and understand these associated costs prior to purchase. If a package is refused delivery by the international client for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply. For more information regarding your country custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
