RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE & IN STORE SHOPPING

Returns Are As Easy As 1, 2, 3...

We want you to love your purchase with caffeswimwear.com. If something does not work out for you, here is your guide to return it. Please read the terms carefully before making a return.

POLICY

Items full priced purchased from Caffe swimwear are eligible for a full refund if returned within 15 days of purchase. You will have up to 30 calendar days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website or on our store. All discounted items purchased during our sale clearance or store credit are FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Due to federal health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted and returned at the clients' expense. NOTE: We have made every effort to display COLORS as accurately as possible. The colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SWIMWEAR

Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

DRESSES & ALL RESORT WEAR

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE DOMESTIC RETURNS

To ship an item back to Caffe swimwear please:

  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
  3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and Mail your package using one of the following methods: ( UPS, FEDEX OR DHL)

TRACKING MY RETURN

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 10-15 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item. Take into consideration that due to the differences in Internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality.
  • All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders will be charged at the time your order is placed. Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items. Pre-Order items are returnable for store credit only. If you cancel your order for any reason, we will happily offer you online store credit good for any item. No returns are accepted on pre-ordered items. Instead, store credit will be offered for any returned pre-order items. Pre-order items are excluded from discount codes and coupons. All the items in your order will ship at the same time. If you wish additional items sooner, please place a separate order for non pre-order items. Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase regardless of when it ships.

*The delivery date for each item is an estimated date given to Caffe Swimwear directly from the Postal Service. This date is not a guaranteed date, however we will try our best to uphold the date. It is possible that circumstances beyond our control may cause a change in the stated delivery date.
